DESCRIPTION
Escape to the beauty and tranquility of the Kozjak mountain on a personalized, small group tour from Split by four-wheel drive. Our driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel or port. After twenty minutes we will start to climb on off road mountain trails to the top of mountain Kozjak. During a dirty road drive you will have the opportunity to see local vegetation, have a spectacular view on Kastela bay and the islands in front of it. And of course it's a great scenery to take photos. After two hour driving we will arrive to a family owned oil mill where your host will introduce you to tradition, olive oil and its extraction process, after which you will be invited to taste their extra-virgin olive oil.
After this tour you will have the chance to taste home made local speciality - Peka. It is meat, potatoes and vegetables under a baking lid on a authentic fireplace and real wood, classified as excellent Croatian cuisine. With peka will be served fresh salad and local home made wine.
